Combining vehicle-specific compatibility, real-time 3D visualization and quoting in one streamlined experience, the new WEATHER GUARD Configurator helps users build the right upfit for their vehicle, visualize it before they buy, and move from idea to order with greater speed and confidence. The WEATHER GUARD Configurator is launching first for commercial vans, with truck configurations planned for the first half of 2027.

The Configurator removes the guesswork from complex van upfits by automatically identifying and applying the required hardware for the selected vehicle and products.
Users can then build and refine their van upfit through a real-time 3D visualization, allowing them to see how products and layouts work together before making a purchase decision. They can begin with proven trade packages or build a configuration based on the vehicle, trade and specific work needs.
As products are added, the WEATHER GUARD Configurator incorporates pricing, required hardware and fitment information to create quote-ready specifications. Completed configurations can be saved, shared and downloaded, making it easier to move from initial vehicle planning to a final specification and quote.
Built for One Van or an Entire Fleet
For fleet managers, the WEATHER GUARD Configurator makes it easier to standardize upfits across multiple vehicles and maintain consistency as fleets grow and change. Once a configuration has been established, builds can be saved and applied across multiple vehicles, helping organizations create repeatable specifications. This can reduce specification errors, simplify future vehicle deployments and make it easier to maintain consistent upfits as vehicles are added or replaced.
The new digital tool also supports upfitters and distributors responsible for turning those specifications into finished work vehicles.
